These terms govern your use of Aspire Yoga (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Health disclaimer

Yoga involves physical activity. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise practice, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury, or managing a medical condition. By using the Service you accept that you participate at your own risk and that we are not liable for any injury or harm resulting from your practice.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Content & intellectual property

All classes, videos, written content, and trademarks on the Service belong to Aspire Yoga or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to view this content for your own practice while your account is active.

Subscriptions & payments

Paid subscriptions, if offered, are billed on the schedule shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Aspire Yoga is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
